I had a slam and shut employment case and Hunter made a strong pitch that he will be able to win a big settlement and that he was very confident. He said all the right things until I signed a contract for his services. And then he turned into a rude, obnoxious, lazy attorney who took weeks to respond to my emails, and would never send updates for months unless I reached out to him repeatedly. He mishandled the case so much that I looked into filing against him for lawyer abuse and dereliction of duty. He’s a nightmare. Avoid him. I have jonidea how he manages to sustain his practice given his lack of professional behavior or performance or caring for his clients.
Working with Hunter Pyle was the worst experience of my life. He was utterly unprepared during our meetings, rude, disrespectful and let the other lawyer completely overwhelm him with delaying tactics and never effectively litigated the case. He showed up late for meetings, didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for the tardiness, and the case took years to resolve and for a pitiful sum. He lost badly and significantly hurt my case due to his unpreparedness and even basic lack of knowledge of the case. He displayed no empathy and found him to be curt and unprofessional. He didn’t even follow basic dressing standards for meetings. All in all, the worst lawyer I’ve encountered in my career.
