I filed a labor case with this firm a couple years ago and was very happy with the result. I was not going to file suit but took a chance and they made it really easy to sign up and get paid. I feel like Mr. Cole really fought for me and my case and explained everythign well. We could have settled it right away but he suggested we do it differently and make it more uncomfortable for the company first. That was the right move and it worked out well for me. I would use them again if I am not being paid right.
I hired the firm to handle a case for me and they did a really good job and I got paid nicely. I wasn’t being paid right by my employer and others were having the same thing for them. The law firm was really easy to work with. I would recommend the company to others who have a case like I did.

Made it real easy to start the case and were very responsive to me, it's too bad they don't do tax cases cuz that would be great but they did my data breach case perfectly. These guys are great!! Very strategic and success oriented. If you have an employment issue, go here. I had heard that this firm had one of the best reputations in California but I was still skeptical. I am not skeptical anymore. Thank you so much for taking on my case, getting me a lot more money than I ever expected and handling every detail with style.
Scott Cole & Associates is a great firm for class action employment cases. My experience consisted of a very informative initial consultation followed by continuous interaction with various attorneys and paralegals throughout the process. Any class action case will be long although SCA made sure I was informed throughout the process on a regular basis and set ultimately reached a favorable conclusion. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking council in their specialty.
