In 2021 Curry argued in the US Supreme Court. The court upheld the firm’s victory in Tan Lam v. City of Los Banos, which found evidence that a police officer had been diagnosed with PTSD two-years earlier was relevant to his credibility and his ability to accurately perceive and recall the incident, and affirmed the jury’s verdict that the officer wrongly shot and killed our client’s son Sonny Lam.
