After reading many good reviews about Mr. Robert Wilkinson, I decided to use him as my estate planning attorney. I had expected professional and friendly services from him and his office. However, my whole experience was frustrating, as it turns out to be extremely difficult to work with this law firm. It has been 6 months, but the job has still not been finished! After waiting for months and months with numerous emails begging for updates, yesterday morning (Nov. 2, 2020), I was rudely ordered by his office manager to try another law firm. I wasted all the time and effort that I have spent in the past 6 months, and now I have to start again with another attorney. I feel so helpless. So I informed the office manager that I will have to share my experience with other customers via online portals. The office manager called me back to threaten me not to publish any negative reviews. I had to quickly hang up her phone to stop such an unprofessional harassment.
