Working with this lawyer was stressful. He barely did anything, did not show up for the court dates, and stopped answering the phone. He was not looking out for our best interest but rather worried about the money only. A few weeks to a month of him being my "attorney" and he states the retainer of $5,000 is already "used up." In my opinion, he only cares about the money and once he gets it then he won't do anything. I asked if we could do counter suit or something and to him it was always a "bad idea." Please retire if you are not going to properly represent your clients that you charge out the butt.
