I lost my parents surprisingly and they had a bank account in chase bank, without having my name written. I live in Greece so it was very difficult for me to find out what to do, how to claim my parents estate. Must take under consideration that I don't speak English very well. Thankfully, a Greek lawyer told me about Peck Ritchey firm, so we worked together. The estate was finally closed, after having a probate also. I feel lucky and thankful to the firm. From the bottom of my heart I wish them all the best, prosperity and great luck with their lives, especially Jesse Footlik for his professionalism and the great work he conceded. It was a pleasure working with them and an honor I must say. They will always be in my mind and happy thoughts will accompany them.

Hired Law Firm

Extremely expensive. Ken bloom and associates prepared a document for me prior to the death of my aunt that was supposed to resolve some bank/brokerage issues when she died. At that point, when we tried to act on the document, we discovered that Peck bloom LLc had not sent the document to the bank nor brokerage firm prior to my aunt's death, making it a useless document that cost mega bucks to prepare (a simple family agreement document... over $10,000)
