Attorney Robert Hoffer was hired to handle my workman's comp case. He lied to and deceived me. He fraudulently suppressed many many medical records from my file, including but not limited to my initial hospitalization, my related medications, and even records that were faxed and recieved in his office, at My request. He never sent 1 medical release authorization to any of my providers as any attorney would have done. I have sworn affidavits and letters from every one of my providers that confirm this fact. My DIA file is FAR, from complete and accurate. His gross negligence and fraudulent suppression had resulted in CONTEMPT of Court for breaching the gross settlement agreement with no settlement conference as required. Providers are still unpaid 9 years later. He went in to commit perjury in claiming to have sent letters and authorizations to all my providers.
