I don't even know if he remembers the case, but in N.H. when the law wants you, laws become weapons, George wasn't going to let the law be misrepresented.I was a young man just starting out with a family and having tickets can really be hazardous in NH,you can find yourself being cellmates with a murderer in an instant,no DWI,no accidents with death, nothing like that, just to many tickets, one warning.Idid my time for driving my work van home,I was warned.I went to prison, before I went,I was ticketed for a second time for riding my snowmobile.needless to say I was paying the piper for way more than the common person could stand.George did what a damn good lawyer does, shows people like you and me in a jurors position, George stood firm, stood well and clearly explains how it was being misused, even weaponized, you see it was a MANDATORY sentence structure.THANK YOU GEORGE,1986,Keene NH. CHESHIRE SUPERIOR COURT
George was professional beyond the call of duty - he visited my house to take pictures for court. Developed a novel approach to my case and won my case on motion making new law in New Hampshire. The GOAT of litigators in the Hanover area.
