a great attorney, nice person, and fair man
I hired Bob Clark to represent me in my divorce. Early on I started to notice he wasn’t listening to me and he had his own agenda. Things I said I didn’t want in the filing were added back when he submitted it. A few weeks in I consulted with him about how to remove my husband from the house because he was angry and yelling at me in front of our children. He advised me what to do. During this conversation he asked me if I would lie and say my husband physically hurt me. I immediately said no. I was shocked and confused that he would suggest I lie on legal filings and on the stand if required. The next day my husband called very upset and angry because Bob filed a petition to have my husband removed from the house and the reasons stated were not factual, and in some cases completely fabricated. When I had a meeting to discuss this the following weekday, I asked him to withdraw it, he said I was his worst client in decades and that he guesses I don’t really want protection. Unreal!
Clark did not represent me. I would not hire him. But I have went against him in court. He is as dishonest as they come. Perhaps if he didn't lie he wouldn't make it as a lawyer. Poor ethics. He is an embarrassment to the legal system.
