Hired Attorney Frank P. Bevilacqua

I knew early on in the consultative process that Frank Bevilacqua was the lawyer I wanted and needed to represent my interests in court. He was informative, organized, motivated, and compassionate from beginning to end. What I will always appreciate about Frank is that he called me weekly with pertinent updates on my case, and when there was nothing new to report he called simply to check in to see how I was holding up while waiting for a court date. Most importantly, Frank Bevilacqua succeeded in resolving the case in my favor. I give him the highest possible recommendation.

Hired Attorney Frank P. Bevilacqua

Do not waste your money on this lowlife Attorney. He is not up to a minimum par in his knowledge of criminal defense, lacks insight, no determination, no ability to research caselaw effectively and generally extremely unpleasant individual. Frank is not an attorney to have on your side when faced with multiple felonies, heavy jail time while you are holding the documentation that proves false allegations have been made. Frank charged an extraordinary large amount of money just for a retainer. Which seemed to get depleted within a month or two in a matter that was already looking like hitting one year at the first stage of the depletion of a retainer. Frank forgets court dates, doesn’t follow through on promises to file motions, has no clue how to use a computer to forward emails and is killing himself when he speaks about strategic legal planning to make your case go away. He talks big. Yet produces little, very little. I am extremely disappointed in Attorney Bevilacqua, he lies a lot.
