Attorney Jarboe has a general practice with experience in municipal law, including land use, planning and zoning, inland wetlands, tax assessment appeals, charter and ordinance revision and interpretation, and related areas of local administrative law.
Attorney Jarboe has represented several local municipalities in state and federal courts and agencies. In addition to municipal law,
Attorney Jarboe handles bill collections, landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, real estate sales, purchases and refinances, leases, general civil litigation and probate litigation. He has been appointed by the Connecticut Superior Court to serve as a Fact Finder, Arbitrator, Special Master, and Foreclosure Committee.
