The office has great patience to listen to my needs and the staff willing to schedule Sunday appointment for me when I have to work on weekdays. The money I paid for the consultations were very low cost and the job performed to help my real estate foreclosure from the bank was properly handled by this law firm. I have to say a job well done. You get value with very little money paid to this lawyer. Excellent value if you are looking for a lawyer who won't steal your money in my opinion.
Mr. Victor Luke is a phenomenal person. I've had the honor of doing business with Mr. Luke and I knew from speaking to him, that I was speaking to a genius. It was only later that I found that he is also compassionate and caring and is world class at what he does. I've used him for contracts, forming my business and he helps me grow, and he is valued not only for his law practice, but as a trusted adviser and friend. I will continue to use him forever and would recommend him always.

Had a horrible experience with Victor and his law firm. I had a case which involved a suspended license. I was asked to pay $500 in fees and he would counsel for me. He gave me hope by informing me that he would guarantee a lower sentence. As my court date was approaching I called and asked if I should be aware of anything and come to my surprise he did not know when my court date even was. He did not remember my case or my name. I recommend you to not hire this unprofessional attorney.
He is a very irresponsible person, lies a lot, and takes advantage of one’s case. He left me two times alone when it was court date. He never showed up, never called or let me know he couldn’t make it. When I called him to tell him I was waiting for him in court, he told me he had to go to the hospital. Then the second time he told me he had to go to the Dentist. He’s nothing professional, and I don’t recommend him at all. El es una persona muy irresponsable, muy mentiroso y abusivo. No va a corte cuando se debe de presentar. Me dejo plantado 2 veces en corte. La primera vez, dijo que tenía que ir al hospital. Y la segunda vez que tenía que ir al dentista. Yo no lo recomiendo, el es un muy mal abogado, y no es nada profesional.
I do not recommend atty Luke to anyone. I am a court Mandarin certified interpreter, I freelance. Mr. Luke contacted me to provide interpreting service to his client for a same-day rush case. After I drove all the way to Santa Ana, he cancelled my service the last minute, but he promised my fee would be paid in full. Afterwards, he would not pay me for the late cancellation fee. This practice is dishonest and deceitful. I do not recommend anyone to his law firm. I would also like to warn my interpreter colleagues to avoid this law firm!
