About Corriveau Law

Criminal Law/Family Law & Personal Injury experts. Call for your free consultation.

At Corriveau Law, our lawyers combine extensive courtroom experience with backgrounds in education, psychology, government and public service. We represent our clients in a broad range of legal cases including:

• Family law cases ranging from the simple filing of uncontested divorce papers, to child custody disputes, to the complex valuation and distribution of marital assets, including closely held businesses and corporations, to modifications of child support

• Criminal drunk driving charges, driver's license suspension, personal protection orders and traffic tickets

• Workers' compensation and social security disability claims

• Employment law cases involving discrimination or harassment based on age, race, gender, national origin, religion, sexual preference, and disability

• Personal injury claims involve claims of physical and/or emotional harm to a person

Often, the best outcome in a legal case comes when the other side knows how far your lawyer is willing to push the issue. Ultimately, you need a lawyer who is willing to represent you all the way up to and through a trial. That is not always easily found. Trial experience comes only with years of practice, which our lawyers have. Corriveau Law has been representing clients since 1976, and specifically in Northville since 1991.

No one should be alone in a crisis. At Corriveau Law, we make it a priority to let you speak to an attorney. We understand the urgency a legal case can have. If you are in the hospital after a car accident or in jail following a drunk driving arrest, one of our lawyers will come to your aid immediately. If you are having a family crisis, we can meet with you on Saturdays and Sundays to prepare emergency motions for attempts at immediate relief.

OVERCHARGE. Joke about clients being indentured servants. Allows U to exchange services to reduce billing. You never will and wont get paid in full Have a credit balance? You'll be lucky to get it back. Said keeping it for several yrs in case services were needed again. VERY forgetful, ill too often, laid on the podium in court more than once. Made detrimental mistakes to client's well being, wont admit or correct the resulting messes.EVEN LOCAL ATTORNEYS & POLICE HAVE SAID BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM
