As a self-represented party, I unfortunately had to interact with Jeffrey Endler. He represented my former landlord, who knowingly and intentionally rented illegal units on her property. It is profoundly disturbing that Jeffrey Endler chose to suborn perjury when preparing my former landlord’s unlawful detainer forms. (This is easily verifiable. The documents are on record.) Engaging in a pattern of making materially false statements of facts is an act of moral turpitude. It is a crime (FRAUD) to fail to disclose a material fact or to make any knowingly false material statement on any legal document. Jeffrey Endler took an ethical oath to practice law. Yet, he chose to breach his ethical duty of honesty, thereby violating Rules of Professional Conduct and Business and Professional Codes. It is deeply troubling that Jeffrey Endler has no compunction for engaging in illegal eviction practices.
