Matthew took a case for me a few years ago and I was blown away by how much the settlements ended up being for (against a major bank and the three credit bureaus). He is diligent, and best of all, very amicable and easy to reach! I have dealt with bankers on loans who can't bother to call you back within three days, but Matt was always very responsive to inquiries. I wanted to use him again for a case recently, and he was again, very responsive and informative as always, and took the case on. Unfortunately there were a couple of things (one my fault) that barred us from being able to proceed, but he was exceedingly generous and refunded the full retainer! Just all-around one of the best and most professional individuals I have gotten to work with. I couldn't recommend anyone more!
The process moved along very quickly.
He was intelligent. He always responds to all calls quickly. He is not hard to reach on the phone or make appointments.
