All the real estate deeds he cleveerly switched from one family members trust to an other and back are starting to be recalled and investigated. He is well know for being very sloppy with deeds and trusts. And legal document with Marc Benjamin’s name and notary stamp are worthless and hole zero credibility.Stay away from this guy, he is dishonest, and extremely careless. There are plenty of good & honest attorneys in Northbrook, Marc Benjamin is not one of them.
