My husband and I worked with David Frank for our house purchasing. Here is my take on his performance during the entire process: 1. Bad at negotiation skills. He was super naive at negotiating anything with the sellers. I had to eventually directly work with the sellers to come to an agreement. 2. His assistant's paperwork always had mistakes and I had to always send it back for corrections. I am a detail oriented person and do not tolerate mistakes. 3. His response time to everything was so high that it frustrates you to death. Buying a house is so stressful in itself and your real estate agent and lawyer are supposed to help you to go through it smoothly, but David only aggravated the experience. 4. After 8 months of closing, he still has not mailed us our deed and policy papers. I had to literally yell to get him to mail my papers. He lied that he has already mailed but never did. And then he had the nerve to ask me to pay for the shipping. That's how unprofessional he is.
