Frank Skipper is an awful attorney. Nothing he said was truthful. He could not tell me the amount I would need to pay in child support. I also asked for standard visitation for my child which he told me was not a problem. I didn't get standard visitation nor anything close. I would not recommend Frank Skipper to anyone.
