Daniel Bachman attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate education, where he earned a B.A. in Psychology. After graduating, Mr. Bachman volunteered his time at Inner City Law Center, the only full-time provider of legal services on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles, where he assisted in their mission of combatting slum housing through the legal system. It was that experience that caused Mr. Bachman to pursue a career in law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Bachman began working at Chepenik Trushin LLP as a law clerk. After graduating from law school, Mr. Bachman was duly admitted to the Florida Bar, at which point Mr. Bachman transitioned to an associate position in the firm’s litigation division. Dan Bachman is a Partner since 2015. Mr. Bachman is especially experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of Probate administration, Probate litigation, Guardianship, Guardianship litigation, Will contests, Estates and trust litigation and Elder law. From his beginnings at the law firm, Dan is a very talented litigator, competent at complex commercial litigation, contracts and has been heavily involved in Chepenik Trushin LLP’s insurance defense cases since first joining the firm as a law clerk. Dan Bachman serves on the leadership board of his professional business network in Miami.
