This attorney is very controlling, opinionated, abrupt, and cuts you off a lot when you are talking. He sends you a form to fill out initially that is very legalistic and difficult to understand what he wants. It may not even be related to what you need. He only wants to do the transactions on Zoom. He accepts some legal insurance but only if you have very little work for him to do. If it takes too much time, he will reject you. He is probably more responsive if you pay him a lot of money. He is not a very nice man.
