I hired this gentleman for a matter that I thought was quite routine and the chances for success was very high. He took a possible succesful outcome and turned it into a horrible loss. Mr. Byrd is dishonest, Mr. is lazy, Mr Byrd is not capable of successfully practicing law and producing favorable outcomes because of his dishonesty and his laziness. He personally lied to my face several times over the smallest of things. After taking my money, he left me high and dry. I am much worse off after my hiring of this gentleman and I would warn any potential clients in the strongest possible terms.
