Mark Ferguson is a big fish in a little pond. He is a municipal judge and a part of a committee choosing judges and folks, including him will claim he has a close relationship with the prosecutor's office. He's worked to make prosecutors judges and that might be ok if you are hoping there is someone who will help you communicate with prosecuters- but that's not what he does. He brags about his connections and then threatens his clients if they don't except whatever outrageous plea bargain he claims the prosecuters want than maybe you should just go to jail. He is the defense attorney who is part of the rehabilitation/DWI Court- with the idea that if there is a defense attorney who is part of this thing, participants will have a fair experience- but that's not his thing. His thing is to brag about his experience and his contacts and gaslight his clients. He's been doing this for a number of years and it seems to work for him.
The worst Experience I have ever had. All Seth cares about is getting paid. He's rude & Prejudice. I missed one court date and from there it was nothing he could do for me but talk about his money. I promise you if your anything other than white, it won't go good for you!! The stress of dealing with this Firm isn't worth it and you would be better off representing yourself if possible.
He lied to my friend and her family about the consequences and he lied about the length of time she would have to serve, she and her family were told that she would do 15% of her time on one charge and 25% on the other charge. That was a complete lie and misrepresentation.
