Cynthia Bourget was very kind, patient, and understanding with my father. He was eccentric in his ways but Ms. Bourget always listened to him and made him feel important. Once my dad passed away, Ms. Bourget's office staff were very helpful in making my mom feel at home. She was so nervous - just because of the 'authority figure' Ms. Bourget is. After a short time, my mom was laughing with Cynthia feeling at ease. They proceeded to change the will and all of my mom's questions were answered.
