A genuine, genuine privilege to have walked in the courthouse with Mr. Datika and have him argue my case for me very professionally but also very aggressively and very confidently. Yes he's young and charismatic, yet he's much more aggressive and confident with trial than lawyers I had double his age. The entire case was about a number of constitutional criminal laws that were very complex, yet Mr. Datika used already set laws by higher courts and argued in trial that my case was similar to other cases by the higher courts so my case should be dropped also. He argued the trial so hard that they had no choice but to do what the higher courts said and find me not guilty of everything. The prosecutors tried making arguments back, yet they were not able to make any that held much if any water against Mr. Datika's arguments and cross examinations he did to their witnesses. Mr. Datika is a top caliber lawyer that stood up to the justice system for not just me but also for my goddaughter’s juvenile case previously. When he got her out of jail soon after we hired him and then negotiated a deal with the DA to have her charges nullified, I knew he was the one lawyer I’d keep forever.
