I really enjoyed using this law firm for my divorce. Sam Talley was my lawyer as well as Katie. He gave great advice, capped the cost, and helped me get what I truly needed from my divorce. Beware Sam Talley. A woman falsely filed for a protective order against me. The only question Sam asked her in court was if she and I had ever slept together. Not once did he challenge her on the lies she told. I later learned that his partner, who was present in court, was dating the woman. In another matter concerning the death of my father, Sam told me he wouldn't charge the regular rate because he really didn't need to do anything. He charged the full rate.
