Hired Attorney

Constantly lied about the work he was billing for and not really doing. Wouldnt let minor child attend a therapist and told his teacher that he was glad mother wouldn’t let him talk to her kids bc they are black. Extremely racist don’t use if you are a minority.

Zero communication or responsiveness. Lies under oath before the judge. Refuses to make legal arguments based upon evidence provided that are in the best interest of his client. Gives false claims/advice/promises to his client in the one and only office visit given over representation for the length of over a YEAR. Knowingly Sabotaged clients case. The family has audio recording of this, images of texts ignored, and court transcripts as evidence. Road the case to termination, receiving a paycheck from the state the entire time. Ineffective Counsel. Turning him in to the Bar Association. Mingles with OKDHS, partnering with their agendas to the detriment of his client and the children of Oklahoma. Heard him advising another failed client to relinquish rights in “hopes” of an “open adoption” situation. Intentionally negatively targeted the biological family in court to help OKDHS paint false picture of his clients family to try to help prevent reunification against the wishes of client.
