This law office is a collections agency for our HOA in Williamsburg. However they didn't follow the VA laws in how they processed the collection. Specifically, the didn't send the notice via certified mail and didn't provide 10 days for us to respond before taking us to court to collect. So if they don't know the laws of the Commonwealth that is very simple, they probably are incompetent in other parts of the law. Do not consider them as legally qualified to defend you in any way.
This is the WORST f****** law office I have ever encountered. They do not return phone calls, emails, or voicemail messages. I have tried getting in touch with Andrea who is apparently handling my case, she will not return any of my calls. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Do I recommend this law office, H*** NO. Very unprofessional, UNRESPONSIVE, TERRIBLE QUALITY SERVICE!!!! If I could rate them ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
