I’m a teacher who was wrongfully seized in a traffic stop. The police officers abused their power and extended their seizure of me. They took advantage of me and Attorney Flax caught on to their game. Knowledgeable of the law, he handled those officers in court and exposed them for their wrong doings! I was in danger of losing everything! My charges were dismissed! Thank God! Truly caring, he understood how far I had come and worked to make sure that I would have a successful and long career! Mr. Flax was negligent in his representation of my case. I was in court as a witness over a parking dispute on my street that involved a women's club that was mistreating residents in my community. A baliff with ties to the club targeted me and mistreated me while on the stand and then followed me when I stepped down and demanded I walk faster and leave the court when I was returning to my seat. I followed her directions, but she continued to follow me and physically grabbed my arm that was obviously injured as I was holding it to my body in the vestibule and threw me though the doors into the hallway while twisting my arm behind my back and breaking my shoulder and hand. I filed a complaint and she chose to lie and press charges gainst me. Flax told me I got the best possible outcome when law enforcement is involved after doing nothing but showing up in court. He saw it as a lost cause and did not prepare, so I lost my teaching career. She had been fired for her misconduct.
Scott was evaluated by a judge as being negligent in my defense. I was a teacher and lost my career after Flax did not prepare a defense against a court bailiff that attacked me from behind and broke my arm because I was taking my time and needed to get moving leaving the stand. I am disabled from a knee injury in 1975 and had recently fell and was having knee problems. Ortho told me I need a knee replacement. Scott told me .....You Got The Best Possible Outcome When Law Enforcement is Involved! My case wasn't worth his time. Then, told me I got what I paid for. He never asked for more money. I tried to appeal and he refused to sign for a delayed appeal when the attorney that was an expert in appeals needed to complete 21 pending appeals first. Flax stated he did nothing wrong. I was in court as a witness to a parking disagreement. I am now a criminal.
