Hired Attorney Hon. Robert Smith III

This judge made several major decisions without hearing all the evidence or requiring proof of serious allegations. It felt like the outcome was predetermined, and due process was not respected. One of the most concerning aspects was the willingness to drastically alter custody arrangements without ensuring the claims made were substantiated, putting a vulnerable child at risk. There was noticeable imbalance in how the parties were treated, and a lack of transparency in the reasoning behind the rulings. For anyone expecting a fair and thorough process, it wont be here. Given the seriousness of the decisions made in this case without proper evidentiary review, I believe this conduct warrants closer examination by judicial oversight/review bodies. Patterns like this undermine public trust in the legal system and cause lasting harm to families. At minimum, cases involving life-altering decisions for children deserve a level of diligence, neutrality, and accountability.

Hired Attorney Hon. Robert Smith III

Abused his seat and power by breaking laws in order to violate the rights of a child more times than I care to count. A spineless weasel unable to uphold the constitution would never trust with a blade of grass, a paper weight or the ability to use his common sense to apply the knowledge, skills and abilities to do anything other than eat at Luna Mayas and ruin peoples lives.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
