I was 19 when I was rear ended. I ended up with head trauma and severe whiplash. During the course of my representation I spent majority of my time with the paralegal who was inappropriate at times, once telling me a joke about the condom in his wallet. Meanwhile, I was in a lot of pain and was missing work/college. They were on the case for just a few months when they lost interest and suggested I drop the case. By that time I was an emotional mess and I accepted the $4,000 check to replace my car. It was but a couple months later that I had my first seizure related to the head injury, but I couldn't reopen the case. It has been 20 years since my accident and I now suffer from spinal stenosis and severe migraines from the whiplash. I've spent thousands on seizure meds and injections for my neck while losing income from missing work from said injuries. My next stop is a neurosurgeon to see if the damage can be repaired. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They only care about making quick $$$.
