Hired Attorney

Christine Piersall is not a trustworthy or professional lawyer. She communicated bad news to her clients poorly in email, claiming she did not have her clients’ phone numbers, after “representing” them for 4 years. She broke a family trust, misinterpreting the trust’s intent. She had demonstrated bias toward nonfamy members seeking control of the family’s assets.

Hired Attorney

Christine Piersall took over the management of a family trust, after the original two trustees resigned because of undue pressure from a third party to break the terms of the trust. Christine did what the other attorneys refused to due because it was a breach of fiduciary duty.
