I hired this attorney to defend me when my then husband at the time change the locks and locked me out of the house and would not let me back in and when this clown was in front of the judge told the judge that I was voluntarily under employed and one year later retired, so he said, in the middle of my case so I had to hire new representation. Do not whatever you do hire this jerk.

HIDES OUT IN THE DOWNTOWN NORFOLK, OFFICE OF LEGUM, GOLDBLATT AND COHEN, IN THE BBT BANK BUILDING and does not tell me or other clients! I COULD NOT LOCATE HIM AFTER HE TOOK MY MONEY!.LISTS HIS FORMAL ADDRESS AS A THROWAWAY P.O. BOX. & never answered my letters, & would not claim registered mail! Took my money, but SLEEPS and has a DRINKING PROBLEM, but he is trying unsuccessfully to onercome this. Because of this, he shows up late or NEVER and NAPS for my important court dates. I hired him for immigration help, but unfortunately he threatened to turn me in to USA immigration police for a reward, after finding out my personal information. He even tried to prolong my case to profit himself financially. His secretary is the RUDE part time real estate lady named Kandi Fullilove, and she never contacts you unless she wants money and information for something else they are working to get.

I hired Charles Johnson & after paying, he vanished after advising he embezzles money from trust accounts & other accounts, & if I'm not quiet he'll discriminate against my family & they’ll suffer the same horrendous end! He has a “secret” ex-bank employee on staff, who knows present bank personnel who are criminals, & bank managers on the take, so the shady banks he deals will follow his scams.He is obsessed with psychoanalysis it relates to his mental issues. Charles Johnson was employed to be my lawyer, but he is 70+ and I feel he is inflexible & set in his ways, due to his regimented behavior. I believe this causes him racist and bias as he doesn't want new ideas & new education. I found him to be stuck in the past, hating immigrants, blacks & minorities. He told me they are "dumbbells" & "n", & makes awful racist jokes behind their backs. He boasts he is a superior white supremacist & anti-semetic

I hired Charles Johnson as my counsel. BUT I FOUND HE FALLS ASLEEP AND SNORES ON IMPORTANT MEETINGS!I truly believe He CANNOT THINK QUICKLY & as a result is TERRIBLE IN COURT. Bill for hours we did not meet or speak & he told me he charged me for every time he THOUGHT about my case, even if he was on the TOILET. He suggests things that aren't legally sensible & this ends up dragging out the process & UNNECESSARILY INCREASING THE COST TERRIBLY! Misses important deadlines, doesn't show up .

Charles Johnson is over 70, &was paid to be MY lawyer, but THREATENED my witnesses NOT to appear in court, so other side won. Blamed me for notarized forgeries. Lazy lawyer didn't fight for me, & bragged he got a HUGE percentage from other lawyer. He said if I report him , he'll get his FAKE COP FRIEND to arrest me on phony criminal charges, & his old judge friends will CONVICT me, so I'll never work. He showed court documents of his past behavior. I wish I had stayed away-I'm still paying.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! This lawyer is only out to STEAL MONEY & PROPERTY, EMBEZZLE, IDENTITY THEFT & FALSELY SUE . He's very biased, unprofessional& ignorant of law. He said I paid him to lie for me! Not true.He represented me in domestics & didn't do what he planned in court. This lawyers filing system is basically a stack of papers all over his desk. Charles Johnson was retained & hired for my defense. But he altered papers & advised me this was standard legal practice & no one would notice. This was revealed in court as a criminal act, that gave the opposing side reason to discredit me.I lost without any defense. I truly believe Charles Johnson is in cahoots with the other side. All my hope and money was gone. It is horrifying for me to think I once put my total fate in his hands,

BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! He was hired to be my council, but found out a lot of personal and banking information about me,which I thought was for court.But I believe he used my information for money laundering, and years later I am still trying to sort out this mess! CAUTION!!

Charles Johnson was hired for my defense, but instead overcharged me and seemed ineffective but extremely money hungry and did not defend me, but embezzled from me. I paid him and he still sent me threatening letters telling me that he used private information that I gave to him to try to take my property and evict me. His rude paralegal is a real estate agent and profits by taking a commission if she can sell your property-even illegally, if you do not show up to court for this craziness ,
