Mr. Page was passionate and 300% engaged in the traffic violation for my son, despite Virginia's commonwealth laws, he is knowledge, communicative and friendly, I do believe he cares, as I found his info online, was hesitant because of the racial divide in this country, especially in the South, as I'm from New York, and he was fair, kind and approachable.
