Richard went above and beyond to help me when I was in bad shape trying to file for bankruptcy. I really appreciate his patience (I tried it) and his followups to keep me on track. I trust him...and that says a lot.
I would not recommend him. He is unprofessional and seems to have unresolved angry issues. He abruptly stop working on my case in the middle of representing me. Refused to go to court on my behalf so I had to go to court myself and when I arrived he was there and he acted as if he didn’t know me. Thankfully since I showed up and represented myself the judge ruled favorably for me. This attorney was a referral from Prepaid legal but then got upset because he didn’t want to honor the Prepaid legal contract terms. A lot of attorneys just like to use the Prepaid legal referral service as a way for client lead generation with the hopes of charging ppl full rates and not honoring the Prepaid legal rates/agreement. Once he took my money to start the case he didn’t want to honor the agreed upon rate so he told me was refusing to represent me the day before he was supposed to show up in court.
