Hester Outman LLC is a father-and-son law practice with offices in metro-Atlanta and coastal Georgia. Our primary areas of law practice include adoption, divorce and family law, business litigation, and personal injury, products liability and general tort law.
Jerry Hester started the firm in 1975, and since that time he has been practicing law in the metropolitan Atlanta area and throughout the state of Georgia. Jerry was joined in his practice by his son, Justin Hester, first as an associate in 2000, and then as a partner in 2006. Jerry and Justin specialize largely in assisting couples in independent and agency adoption placements. In addition to their adoption specialization, Jerry and Justin have extensive trial experience, and their civil litigation practice includes divorce and family law, business litigation, and personal injury and torts law.
Hester Outman LLC has two offices conveniently located in Norcross (northeast metro-Atlanta) and St. Simons Island (coastal Georgia).
