This attorney failed a friend of mine in a high conflict, Silver Bullet divorce case and allowed the court to violate my friend's rights. If you are not familiar with Silver Bullet divorce, it is where one party obtains protection orders based off of false allegations of abuse to legally kidnap their kids and try to eliminate the other parent. My friend went thru a thorough criminal investigation for domestic violence allegations and was cleared of all charges. He requested multiple times for Mr Weems to get the report from the criminal investigation and present it in the divorce/custody case and Mr Weems never did. He then later pulled out of the case because my friend ran out of funds from the high conflict custody battle, never presenting evidence that would have made a drastic change in his divorce. In my opinion his representation was negligent and grounds for malpractice. Do not recommend for high conflict divorce/custody cases!
