While at our bankruptcy hearing, the magistrate had a couple of questions, & Tim was not prepared & was shuffling thru paperwork to find the answers. The magistrate was getting annoyed, I was getting very nervous, so I just answered the ? myself & continued answering all the ?'s the Magistrate had wanted to know. Then our interview was over, the magistrate actually said to me "thanks counselor". From that point on I knew I'd never use him again because I had basically represented myself!!
