I was recommended this lawyer by my former lawyer. He is a people pleaser and does not give good representation. He charges to much for what work he is willing to put in. I was in the case for over a year and with giving him all the proper documentation he still refused to work for me and continued to be a people pleaser for the other party. He was no more than a messenger boy. Not happy with what he charges for very minimal interaction. He will not fight your case so my suggestion is to look for a different lawyer.

I hired Tom Caserta for my divorce. He was referred to me by a friend but I will never refer him to anyone. He would never follow up on anything involving the divorce. I always had to reach out to him to get him to do anything. It never felt like he was in my corner. He allowed my divorce to drag out far further than it should have. Gave my crappy ex way too many chances. So then when I sold my house I stupidly used him thinking a house sale should be easy. That also dragged out. Sold my house in January (cash sale). Took until October 24th for me to finally get my check.

Tom Caserta was my sister's lawyer for more than a year in what should have been a simple divorce. He let restraining orders expire and my sister's drug addict husband steal all the money from their 401K. He was horrible to deal with and added to the stress that eventually resulted in my sister's death in 2017. Do not hire him. He made my family's life hell for a year.
