I have been using Randy Isenhower as my attorney against my sons mother for 3 years now. I honestly could not ask for a more devoted person to help me out with my issues. He may seem like he isn't doing anything, but when he strikes, he throws it all out there on the table. Patience is your strong point, as he knows what he is doing. I have also used Wes Barkley to help with false criminal charges my sons mother has filed against me. He also, is a very kind a devoted man. They help with all!
Randy did an outstanding job helping a father get custody of his daughter. He always responded to messages in a timely manner. If he was in office, he would take the call. And we called a lot. He was personable, very confident in court. I was most impressed that he communicated with us personally, and not through a secretary or paralegal.
Mr. Isenhower is not only an excellent attorney, he is an approachable type of person. He is friendly and makes the client feel at ease when talking over their situation. He doesn't talk down to anyone and makes sure you understand everything that is happening before you sign anything or leave his office.
I hired these guys for two cases and they completely dropped the ball on the most important one. The worst communication with any lawyer I've ever had. His paralegal is an absolute nightmare. Had me sitting in court on a day when I did not even have to be there and then didn't recognize me when I approached him. Constantly repeated myself to both him and his paralegal so that they could recall the important parts of my case. Was told not to talk to opposing attorneys but then that's exactly what he did during my mediation, left me in the lobby while he sat with my husband in the office most the time. That day he tells me my husband dropped his attorney so he hasn't heard anything at all about biggest case. Prepared me for February case when the case I want his help on the most court date is January. Got that information from a new lawyer or I guess I would have missed my custody case. Save yourself and save your case and go to another attorney.
