Hired Attorney

The saying you get what you pay Definitely applies to this lawfirm. Benjamin Moose is a HUGE disappointment. Not only did he not tell the judge my Long extensive list of community service that I do to boost my case But he also did not give the DA any of the paperwork he promised that he would as evidence. He just settled!! YOU WANT A LAWYER WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME AND EFFORT TO FIGHT FOR YOU!! On top of that they don't give you an ITEMIZED bill of how many hours they actually worked on your case. So they can charge you whatever they deem. The secretary said they just write the amount you owe on the receipts of your last payment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS LAZY LAWFIRM!! If they are court appointed, I would ask for a new lawyer.
