I received two DWI's within 6 months of each other. They would have been my 3rd and 4th DWI's if I was convicted. This would have meant 6 months in jail on each. The first trial was in Jefferson Twp. As the judge was making his ruling from the bench convicting me, Mike reached over and shook my hand and said, "Congratulations, you won". I didn't understand because I was literally being convicted in that moment. Mike recognized the mistake the Judge made and was able to appeal it and get me acquitted! The second trial was in Parsipany. Mike was able to get the matter dismissed in the middle of the trial on a technicality. I was absolutely guilty of both of these offenses and would have served 1 year in jail all together on them if convicted. I owe him everything. I would have lost my house and my kids. He's easy to talk to, humble, relaxed. He put my mind at ease but was very clear about the stakes involved if we lost. I would recomend him to anyone in trouble.

Stay away from this very dishonest attorney. I am still waiting for almost 2 weeks for the refund of my retainer agreement as he ended up not representing me. He also does not to seem to have a very good reputation with the local Courts and Prosecutors. I am going to make a complaint to the NJ Bar Association.
I hired Michael Justice to represent me and when we disagreed fundamentally on strategy he breeched attorney-client privilege, betrayed me to the people I was fighting against, filed charges against me (which were quickly dismissed), and went out of his way to screw me over. {para}I wouldn't give this guy any stars--"poor" is an understatement in my opinion.
