No choice in lawyer from bank. But turned title and closing around quick
I worked with a paralegal working under Scott King for a simple real estate purchase. I questioned one of the dates on the documents, which they told me was the way it would work. Since the number of payments was still 360, I didn't think it was a big deal. Anyway, they called me back 2 months later and said they had made a mistake. I needed to come back and resign the documents with a new date. I told them I had questioned the date and they could not care less. They just wanted to fix it.
