Hired Attorney William Hoffeditz

William Hoffeditz was my legal representative on a False DUI arrest, in 2021, unfortunately, he failed to serve his client,as I was forced to be wrongful convicted of two felonies, which I'm currently in the process of clearing my name, a simple cleric error cost me employment and almost 4 years of constant harassment, all that was needed on his behalf was a simple request for identification via fingerprints and a criminal history record, I understand this were different and difficult to complete a simple task, thankfully my innocence and name will be cleared will minimal effort.

Hired Attorney William Hoffeditz

He was a public defender in a felony case against me in 1997. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor, but he allowed Richland County and the state of IL to leave it as an open felony case on my record, and it stayed that way until 2014 which kept me from gainful employment. I intend to sue him. Hire him, bc I need him to have more money to sue him for.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
