Studies issues thoroughly. Makes himself available and responds promptly and completely to queries. Have utmost confidence in Mr. Haggerty's advice.
I hired Mr. Haggerty on the advice of another lawyer. In retrospect, I wish that Mr. Haggerty had simply refused to take my case./ Instead he took my money and didn't provide me with ANY resolution. After "firing" him, I discovered that unbeknownst to me he had talked again to the IRA Co. I was entangled with JUST prior to my canceling his service..$$ In the meantime, I contacted a tax attorney who soved my problem in ONE week (not a year!) and for 1/3rd the cost.
This man is truly evil. He preys on vulnerable, abused women in an effort to take their children from them. He knows some of them have been abused by their partners and makes them out to be liars. He caused me an immense amount of trauma during my divorce to the point I was nearly suicidal. If this man is your Ex’s attorney, buckle up. And if you can hire him first, do it. He will probably be smarmy towards you but it’s better than him being your Ex’s attorney.
