I needed to work with Mr. McCrum instead of my regular attorney due to a client conflict with My regular attorney. I had evicted a tenant for nonpayment of rent, the tenant sued me for wrongful eviction. The issue did not get resolved. The other party failed to pursue and Mr. McCrum advised me to not pursue reimbursement of my legal expenses and lost rents.
