I had a landlord/tenant issue where I was the tenant against a large very well known corporation . A bit nervous about this, I hired them on a personal level. Sarah is very quiet, but DO NOT underestimate this by any means. She is quick to respond in your defense as is Chip. You will feel VERY secure. Chip will lay it to you straight, but has the enthusiasm you need to help you through a difficult time. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!
