The attorneys in the firm of D. Wayne Moore collectively offer clients nearly 80 years of legal experience in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and have been serving clients from their Newport News office, located in the Oyster Point City Center, since 1989.

Our firm is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to meet our clients' needs and objectives. We are committed to offering professional, courteous, and prompt service.

Further, it is our objective to stay in tune with the technological developments of our profession, including use of the software "Sure Close" in our real estate closings that offers a "paperless" closing experience.

Hired Attorney J. Anderson Mullins

I have worked with Andy Mullins out of Wayne Moore Law and I have found him to be very knowledgeable. I originally met Andy while working with the Colonial Virginia Council of Boy Scouts; it was there that I found we were both Eagle scouts. I immediately realized the value in this as he will hold himself to a higher standard than his peers. He has been able to provide my family and I with numerous amounts of legal advice and insight to the Peninsula Legal system.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
