I would not recommend this lawyer, especially If you are a chiropractor, He is the kind of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name. You cannot trust his word. I had a patient that changed from a lawyer I normally work with to this law firm. I spoke with Whit Bertch the day my patient switched over to him and I asked if he had everything he needed in the file. He said yes, and we discussed that he would contact my office prior to settling the case. I never heard from him. I called a a few months later and he said he settled the case and now says we never spoke on the phone. He said there was no lien, so he didn't have to pay me. Whit Bertch is not a lawyer you want to do business with. We were just notified that Bertch law firm did not pay the bill for the MRI center involved in this case as well as not paying our bills. After repeated unreturned phone calls, the MRI center is recommending sending Bertch law firm to collections to collect on their outstanding balance due.
