In only a year and a half, they managed to rack up $50,000 or more of $150,000 trust. They violated their contract numerous times during the time I hired them raising their fees without notifying me, violating their contract, and even after I fired them violated their contract again by refusing to go to arbitration and instead litigating to get paid by filing a motion as if they were a beneficiary. This is all against state probate code. In addition, they will have many attorneys billing at more than $400 an hour do double work on the same thing conferring with each other, just so they can run up the fees. 6 years later Mr. Stephan Andranian is still trying to litigate to get paid an additional $50,000 out of an estate that was only $150,000 from the beginning. They have also tried to plead with the court to hold me in contempt and put me in jail. It is simply disgusting that a firm like this preys upon small trusts that don't have the funds to fight them.
