I had a good experience with Anna and her team in my divorce. She got all information needed from my Ex and his lawyers. Realistic goals were archived without delay. Communication was always easy and prompt. Paperwork was always forwarded to me, if something came up. A divorce takes around one year or two, she made that very clear from the start! Anna was understanding my situation and was well informed. Now my Ex opened a new case against me and Anna and her Team responded right away, reached out to the other party and more. I am glad she is representing me again!
Anna was down to earth and frank about the reality of my situation. She instructed me how to get 50% custody of my kids and how to limit my exposure on support. I followed her instructions, and I got 50/50 custody of my kids. I was happy to have Anna on my team. Would reccomend this office to anyone with a family law problem.
I went thru the process of completing my paperwork, gathering my financial information, and never got responses from the other side. No motion was ever filed to get them to provide the same information. There is still no final verdict or decree after two years. Multiple incidents where filed with local police departments about my ex's creating ugly situations bordering on harassment or stalking, my kids where with held from me on my time, and nothing was ever brought up by my lawyer.
Do not hire this attorney, she will delay your case and get little accomplished for you. All she cares about is getting her money, she does not disclose all information received from the ex spouse attorney and does nothing to protect you and the division of properties/assets. On the day of trial she actually threatened me stating that I needed to pay at that moment or she would no longer represent me. She stated my monthly payments " were unacceptable."
Again do not hire this attorney.
